Jagdish Malkani, Member of NSE feels that Fortis Healthcare is richly priced. He advised to stick with leader, Apollo Hospitals or one can go for Indraprastha Medical.
He told CNBC-TV18, "Listing of Fortis Healthcare is inline with some of the recent IPOs. This was rather richly priced and towards the end, lot of the FIIs tried to withdraw their applications. So of course the medical space and medical tourism space is very interesting, the pedigree of the promoters is very good but the price is rich; it is all in the future. Their products, their hospitals whatever they are setting up, one hears great stories about it."
