Anil Ambani-controlled Reliance Group has emerged as the country's biggest overseas borrower through external commercial borrowings, accounting for 20.7 per cent of the total ECBs in 2006-07, followed by the Tatas and Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Industries.
The share of Tatas amounted to 3.2 per cent at 930 million dollar, while Reliance Industries raised USD 550 million with a two per cent share. Well it shows that Anil Ambani known as the aggressive industrialist is also very much aggressive in his business strategy as well.
